Packaging Operator (full-time/on site)

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us working in our production kitchen in Skivarp!

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable although we will consider candidates who have had experience in a kitchen environment.

In this role, your duties will include the operating of the packaging machine, hand packing the individual cheeses and ensuring that finalized products are ready for distribution.

Full training will be provided.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Follow the customer orders and pack for shipment meeting the deadlines
• Finalize (dating and labeling) and packing products for shipment
  
• Move completed boxes of products to the cold storage
  
• Support the production when needed
• Report faulty packaging or problems to the Production manager
• Check the quality of products before packing
• Maintain clean the workstation, floor and equipment at all times and at the end of every shift 
  
• Have a strong attention to detail to maintain the standards we expect from the products 
• Follow the health and safety standards at all times
  

SKILLS

• Ability to complete repetitive tasks effectively 
  
• Self-motivated personality and ability to work independently

• Good time management skills and can competently work to deadlines
  

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  
• Excellent physical dexterity and personal standards(hygiene)

WE OFFER

PART-TIME CONTRACT (1 MONTH TRIAL) SHIFTS 9-13 / MONDAY TO FRIDAY

RESPONSABILITIES

• Secure continued growth by managing existing accounts
• Identify and implement new channels and new business opportunities
• Maintain existing and develop new trade customer relationships
• Set & Achieve sales targets
• Prepare regular report and review on sales performance with the Management on weekly and monthly basis
• Gather market intelligence and monitor industry developments and competitor activity in the territory

SKILLS

• You’ll need to have experience in a similar role, with experience in sales management
• Genuinly interested in sustainability, understanding veganism and our business concept
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, sales and presentation skills
• High level of Swedish and English spoken and written
• Ambitious and results-driven, highly organised and able to work independently 
• Pleasant personality and pro-active attitude

SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE/DIGITAL MARKETING

You should be passionate about Social Media, living and breathing social channels, capable of taking hands on ownership of the social channels and community management.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Manage the scheduling and posting of daily content across various social platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Take pictures of the products, shoot Reels or Stories
• Help brainstorm campaigns and initiatives to really engage our communities and grow our followings
• Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media
• Reactively and proactively communicate with followers across various social accounts
  

SKILLS

• You’ll need to have experience in a similar role, with proven experience of managing social channels
• have a genuine interest in our products and concept
• You have exceptional copywriting skills (Swedish and English)
• you are enthusiastic, highly organized, proactive skills 
• you have the ability to work remotely and independetly
